Refund Policy: Ninety percent of registration fee will be refunded if notice of withdrawal is received in writing from registrant on or before January 4, 2000. Between January 4th and January 21st, fifty percent of the registration will be refunded upon written cancellation by registrant. No refunds on day of conference or thereafter.
